Xe Memorial Garden. Xe Services' Memorial Garden is a site dedicated to all those who have fallen while defending the liberties and values of our great country, the United States. It is a tranquil plot of land located and perserved at our training facility in Moyock, NC. A headstone with each hero's name is symbollic gesture of appreciation for their bravery and ultimate sacrafice.
