Aegis Trust |
The Aegis Trust was established in July 2000 in response to the Kosovo crisis and their recognition of the need to focus efforts on the prevention of genocide and its missions is "To work towards the prediction, prevention and ultimately the elimination of genocide for the benefit of mankind primarily through research, education and the dissemination of information and advice." |

Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) |
CAAT, established in 1974, is a UK-based organisation working to end the international arms trade. CAAT considers that security needs to be seen in much broader terms that are not dominated by military and arms company interests. A wider security policy would have the opportunity to reallocate resources according to actual threats and benefits, including addressing major causes of insecurity such as inequality and climate change. |

CARE |
Founded in 1945, CARE is a leading international humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) |
CDD was established in the United Kingdom in 1997 as an independent, not-for-profit, research training, advocacy and capacity building organisation. The purpose was to mobilise global opinion and resources for democratic development and provide an independent space to reflect critically on the challenges posed to the democratisation and development processes in West Africa. |
