HUDSON RIVER TRUCK ATTACK - Manhatan, N.Y., October 31, 2017: Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov drove down a rented pickup truck drove down bicycle path along the Hudson River in Manhattan, killing eight people and injuring 11 before being shot by a police officer.
